LET it is a full ARLA member letting agent. The company comprises a Glasgow office which moved to new, spacious premises in 2005 to compliment our original Paisley office. Between both branches, we are able to offer an unrivalled quality of service to landlords all throughout West Central Scotland. LET it is owned by Daniel Gardiner, Daniel was a client of the company for several years and was so impressed by the quality of service that in 1997 he bought the company! Since then, under the leadership of Managing Director Colin Roe, the firm has seen growth of almost 700%! Colin understands the quality of service expected as a client and is confident in his team providing only the highest of standards. Both offices are overseen by Sheila Donnelly, Operations Manager, whilst Business Development in the Paisley office is led by John Mayers, with opposite number Chris Cockburn looking after this role for the Glasgow office. Kim Gordon co-ordinates any property repairs for both branches, with Tory and Leanne taking the roles of inventory clerk. Front desk duties are taken care of by Clare and Jane in the Glasgow office, and Alistair and Cheryl in the Paisley office.
