With no shop front we minimise our costs enabling us to pass on these substantial savings to our customers. Arrange an appointment to see one of our staff at a time appropriate for you during office hours, in the evening or at weekends. We manage rented properties in Glasgow and Edinburgh. We started trading in 2006, but we have been involved in the buy-to-let market since 1998 with our own portfolio of flats. We believe we have one of the most competitive price structures in Scotland. We charge a management fee of 9% of the rental value of the property. There is a £95 charge for finding new tenants which includes marketing costs.
