Data distribution

Your properties are uploaded to our central database from your online user admin area. They are immediately live on Citylets.co.uk and are distributed to all the other meaningful portals in Scotland and the rest of the UK over a 24hr period. If you keep Citylets central up to date, the rest follows.

Primary partners

All brands connected to Citylets surrounding our logo are considered to be our primary partners. This includes well known brands such as s1homes.com which is exclusive to our network. In the same way that we have distribution partners, our partners have partners of their own hence creating the network. It's a model born of convenience and first evolved here at Citylets as evinced by the unparalleled array of names, most of which are exclusive.

Our most important network partner in Scotland. Owned by Newsquest, part of their publishing stable that includes the Herald and the Evening times, they have the resources to invest to make the brand the most recognisable of all the Scottish property brands, key when dealing with your landlords. * not available in Northern Ireland

Findaproperty
Findaproperty is owned by the largest media group in the UK - the Daily Mail & General Trust. Like many major UK portals, they have made their mark in the SE of England and are now expanding across the rest of the UK. Findaproperty are undoubtedly 'one to watch' for the years ahead and are currently No2 in the UK.

Fish4lettings
In the same way that s1homes is owned by a media group, fish4, is now owned by three media groups - Guardian Regional, Trinity Mirror & again Newsquest. They have around 1000 regional newspaper titles under their collective control all pushing the brand.

Rightmove
We also upload to Rightmove, but you need to be a paying client with them in your own right. We just make life a bit easier for those who want to be on their site.
