We have one spare single room in a large flat 15minutes from George Square for rent in the next academic year. The flat comprises of a kitchen with double appliances; a bathroom as well as seperate toilet and shower room; a large, bright and airy living room; and also a box room and lots of room for storage. We are three guys and two girls, all currently in second year. Rent is £285pcm, +bills, and there is also an admin fee and deposit to pay before moving in, no council tax so students only.
