(1) The house and the room:
The house has 3 bedrooms and now we are going to let one of them. The house is newly redecorated. Large living room with modern fireplace and TV, large kitchen are in downstairs. Brand new American style fridge/freezer is in kitchen. It is very large in capacity and should be enough for you. There are parking space in front of the house and lovely rear garden.
Others: Washing machine, Microwave, Double glazing, Gas centre heating, wireless broadband.
The room: newly fitted carpet, brand new laptop desk, drawers, wardrobes, and LCD TV, double bed in the room.
(2) Location:
The location is excellent. It is about 2 minutes to walk to Holburn Steet, 15 minutes to north to Union Street and 10 minutes to south to ASDA, Sainsbury, B&Q and etc. Bus stop for 1, 2 and 9 are just 2 minutes walking distance.
(3) Rent and you
Rent is 310, excluding electricity and gas bills but Council tax, broadband, TV licence, BT line rental are included.
You MUST be very tidy, No smoking, no pet, no party animal. Reference from your current employer and previous landlord are required.
