The double room is situated within a 3 bedroom flat ten minutes walking distance from Glasgow University and Hillhead subway station The flat is situated in Highburgh Road on the first floor of a converted town house. The two other bedrooms are occupied by students. It has a newly fitted kitchen with built in dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and microwave, The large Living room has a new solid wood floor, leather three piece suite, BT telephone, broadband internet access, TV DVD and bright bay window. On road car parking is available beside the flat and we have a private garden as well as access to a large gated community garden. Although the room does not become available till 12th June viewings can be arranged any time prior to this date.
