The two other bedrooms are occupied by a professional and a student. It has a newly fitted kitchen with built in dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and microwave, The large Living room has a new solid wood floor, leather three piece suite, BT telephone, broadband internet access, TV DVD and bright bay window. On road car parking is available beside the flat and we have a private garden as well as access to a large gated community garden. Although the room is available for a summer let this July and August viewings can be arranged prior to this.
