The flat is perfect for University of Edinburgh students, both George Square and kings Buildings Campuses. Napier University Merchiston campus is within 10 min walk and a bus from Tolcross can take you to other campuses.
The flat is right on Meadows, 15 min walk to Princes Street, 10 min to Castle, to Grassmarket, Bristo Square, George Square, 5 min to Edinburgh University main library. Nearest shop is 10 seconds walk away, just downstairs, larger Teso, Sainsburys, Scotmid are within 5 min walk.
The flat is fully furnished and has everything you might need. Good boiler, fast wireless internet, etc, etc.
Good location for the airport bus - either express one from Princess Street, or ordinary bus Nr35 from tolcross. (goes a bit slower, but is nearer to home and cheaper)
