Hello, As mentioned above, a single Ensuite room is available over Summer, from May 13th till Aug 31st. It is a postgraduate accommodation hall of Edinburgh University. It costs 15.8 pounds daily and around 109 pounds weekly.

The following is summary of Richmond Place
*Location: 7 Richmond Place. Right behind KFC and Tesco is within two minute walk. Approximately five minutes' walk from George Square and there are bus stops in a minute walk.
*Facility: Bathroom, two desks, a chair, a single bed, Keycom Internet, kitchen(a big kitchen shared by ten other flatmates. But it rarely gets crowded and is very clean unlike one of undergraduate accommodation)
*Eligibility: You MUST BE a fully matriculated student of any university in Edinburgh i.e. Napier, Heriot Watt, Edinburgh uni. You have to sign a transfer contract so that you can be a new tenant.
