This is a great double room in a large shared house with 5 other flatmates. The flatmates are a mixture of male/female between 19 and 21 all go to Aberdeen Uni which is only 2 minute walk away. The room itself is very large and has a huge south facing window so the room is nice and light. Its fully furnished with a full sized bed, drawers, bookshelf, stand, large glass desk and a built in wardrobe. The hosue is really spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything including a dryer, there's 2 bathrooms both with baths and power showers and there's a good sized living room and conservatory as well as a converted loft space thats great for chillling out in. There's a brilliant back garden with a good sized lawn, off street parking for 2 cars and a gardens shed for bikes etc. Landlords very laid back and easy going and is more than happy for you to paint the room and generally change the decor if you wish. Wireless broadband is free and bills are dead cheap around £20 a month as the house is really well insulated.
