Citylets Rental Reports Q1 2011 Summary
Scotland
The Aberdeen average monthly rent figure of £907 is the highest we have recorded for the City and reflects a strong local economy. It might not be a coincidence that the Brent Crude oil price now stands at over $120, a rise of 60% since July 2010. In Edinburgh, the average rent of £766 is only £6 down from the record high recorded in Q4 2010.

Belfast
It is clear that the smaller properties have experienced the largest increases in rent over the year though it is interesting to note that the TTL figures are remarkably similar for all sizes of property and are very close to the overall 50 day average.
