Citylets Rental Reports Q2 2011 Summary
Scotland
The mix adjusted average for Scotland in Q2 2011 was 1.4% up on the previous year. While not a particularly dramatic increase it does indicate that the Private Rented Sector is performing solidly and reliably. As property prices gradually settle back to pre boom levels the yields on smaller rental properties appear to be on the up.

Belfast
Around a quarter of all properties are let within a month and it is encouraging that properties of all sizes saw improvements in time-to-let (TTL). The average TTL now stands at 44 days which is the lowest figure seen in the three years Citylets have been collating data on the Belfast rental market.
