One of the many benefits of Propertymark Learning, which was launched in March 2025, is that learners can develop their expertise through flexible distance learning that provides real-word knowledge and can result in a regulated, industry-recognised qualification provided by Propertymark Qualifications, the Awarding Organisation recognised as the gold standard for the property sector.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, those studying towards SCQF Level 5 of 6 exams with Propertymark Qualifications can take them remotely 24\/7, 365 days a year. This flexibility has supported many property agents so far with more than 20% of exams being sat before 9am or after 5pm. Considering the busy life of agents with work life and homelife when exams are booked they can be sat at any point up to the end of the day, so if running late, the exam taker can click the link provided when they are comfortable and ready. For those taking the next step into management the Level 4 equivalent to SCQF Level 7 has exams available in a specific window. Whilst there are examination windows, level 4 learners can study at their own pace while focusing on other commitments.<\/p>\n

When you have completed your exams, you will receive the prestigious certification for the qualification and be eligible to apply or Propertymark membership, which enables property agents to expand upon their professionalism while paving the way for fresh career opportunities.<\/p>\n

The most popular study programmes for Scottish learners include the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) Level 6 Certificate in Property Agency which is accepted by Scottish Government for letting agents. With the flexible approach to learning and 24\/7 access to assessment, the course and assessment can be achieved at your own pace with the average learner taking 103 days to complete the course through to qualification certification. The Level 4 Certificate in Property Agency Management takes property agents further and allows them to prove their leadership with the expertise required to manage and push business success.<\/p>\n
