The award was presented to Peter Kennedy, Chair of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/letting-agents-aberdeen\/grampian-accommodation-agency\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grampian Housing Association<\/a>, at the end of the conference on June 13<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/winner-of-sfha-mid-market-rent-development-of-the-year-revealed\/grampian-housing-association-sfha-mmr-of-the-year\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3854\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Grampian-Housing-Association-SFHA-MMR-of-the-year.jpg\" alt=\"Grampian-Housing-Association-SFHA-MMR-of-the-year\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Grampian-Housing-Association-SFHA-MMR-of-the-year.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Grampian-Housing-Association-SFHA-MMR-of-the-year-400x267.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Grampian Housing Association\u2019s development of seven three bedroom houses with parking, was targeted at key workers and people on moderate income up to \u00a340,000 per year.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the award, Zhan McIntyre Policy Lead at SFHA said: \u201cI would like to congratulate Grampian Housing Association on winning the first Mid-Market Rent Development of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the first round we had 14 entries which showcased the high quality Mid-Market Rent homes now available across Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDelegates at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfha.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SFHA<\/a> Annual Conference were very impressed with the quality of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/mid-market\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mid-Market Rent homes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/mobile\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2791\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/latest-apps.png\" alt=\"latest-apps\" width=\"618\" height=\"85\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/latest-apps.png 618w, https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/latest-apps-400x55.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Mid-market rent &#8211; good quality housing option<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Zhan McIntyre continued: \u201cMid-Market Rent homes are no longer the niche housing product particular to Edinburgh and Aberdeen they were ten or even five years ago.
