Ashley, originally from South Africa, started in property aged just 22 in his home town and\u00a0is now the owner of property portfolios in both Edinburgh and South Africa as well as running his successful family letting agency here. If that didn\u2019t keep him busy enough, he recently set up another business in November in Cape Town.<\/p>\n

Ashley discusses the differences in the two property markets, his strong ethos for running his businesses and how he not only survived but overcame the challenging market conditions and unprecedented changes that the industry has experienced.<\/p>\n

With such a wealth of experience, he also shares his views and advice on buy to let in the capital city and discloses the highlights of his career to date.<\/p>\n
