Following Western Lettings recent Scottish Homes award of highly commended for \u2018Residential Lettings Team of the Year\u2019, founder Jack Gallagher, joins Lets Talk<\/a> to chat about the commendation. Western Lettings are a multi award winning agency who, over the last few years, have won \u2018Scotland Agency of the Year\u2019 (GOLD), as well as \u2018Small Letting Agency\u2019 of the Year (BRONZE) at the Negotiator Awards, GOLD at the ESTA\u2019s for both landlords and tenant awards, and one that they\u2019re also very proud of – the prestigious Investors in People GOLD Accreditation (IIP). Western Lettings are the first letting agent in Scotland to be awarded this and only 15% of UK companies actually achieve GOLD.<\/p>\n

Do one thing well<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Jack chats to Gillian about his company\u2019s approach to lettings including the reason for their motto, \u201cdo one thing well.\u201d He also chats about valuable services they provide such as their \u2018property preparation\u2019 and \u2018valuation tool\u2019 for landlords.<\/p>\n

Western Lettings, established in 2008, have an incredible amount of glowing reviews on their website<\/a>, and Jack shares his thoughts on what he considers most important, service wise, to landlords and tenants.<\/p>\n
