Three bed flats which account for 10%\u00a0of all properties let via Citylets saw a more substantial\u00a0annual<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">rent increase of 5.8%. Two bed flats are still the\u00a0most popular property type and account for 40% of all\u00a0lets.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In Glasgow the mix adjusted average rent was up\u00a02.8% on the year to \u00a3596, while in Edinburgh average\u00a0rents<\/p>\n<p>rose 2.9% and are now \u00a3788. Rents in Aberdeen\u00a0experienced a much smaller annual rise of 0.7% to \u00a3913\u00a0in<\/p>\n<p>Q1 2012, though it is worth mentioning that there has\u00a0been rapid increase in rents of 5.9% since Q2 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Aberdeen rents are currently 37.5% more expensive\u00a0than the average in Scotland, 53% greater than Glasgow<\/p>\n<p>and 15.9% more than Edinburgh.
