Lets Talk celebrates its 50th<\/sup> episode<\/a> by Cox and Co\u2019s MD John Cox and his Business Development Manager, Neill Bukes joining host, Gillian Semmler to chat about the change of structure and expansion within the organisation.<\/p>\n

The appointment of Neill\u2019s position is a clear indication of John\u2019s aims to \u2018get his teeth into the growth of the business.\u2019 John has recently moved into the position of Managing Director and has clear visions for the future direction of Cox and Co.<\/p>\n

The human element<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Both John and Neill are strong advocates of ensuring of the right \u2018fit\u2019 in office dynamics to deliver success. They discuss the human element and the importance of building business and personal relationships within the team, telling how they all work especially well together.<\/p>\n

Adopting a proactive, personal approach with their clients, Cox and Co ensure that they retain the close relationships they endeavoured to build, when the company<\/a> was first established.<\/p>\n

Originally launched as whole of market mortgage brokers, Cox and Co quickly progressed to offer a full turn-key service which includes specialist lending advice, from mortgages and insurance to portfolio building.\u00a0Cox and Co\u00a0assist a wide range of clients and can also let and manage properties for their investors.<\/p>\n
