Managing Director of Macleod Lettings, Ross Macleod features on episode 65<\/a> of Lets Talk.<\/p>\n

Ross discusses what inspired him to set up his own agency, the recent renovation at their Partick office and why he believes \u201ca well-designed office should create a pleasing workplace as well as having an injection of fun allowing your team to flourish.\u201d<\/p>\n

Having been established since 2013, Ross talks about why they\u2019re \u201cnot just another letting agent\u201d and the three specific qualities that he believes are an essential part to their service to landlords.<\/p>\n

The Cost of Living (Tenant protection) (Scotland) Bill<\/a> came into force on 28th<\/sup> October and Ross gives advice to landlords who may be worried and considering exiting the market. He also shares his views and experiences of the Glasgow residential lettings<\/a> market.<\/p>\n

Helping homelessness<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Macleod Letting have always been involved in charity work and they have most recently been supporting homeless charity, Social Bite<\/a>. Ross explains about their involvement and why it\u2019s important to them.<\/p>\n
