However, if a repair is considered an emergency, it can be repaired immediately. The first step is to contact a trader to do the repair. Please note that you will need to pay this trader and then <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/what-to-do-when-an-owner-wont-pay-for-a-communal-repair\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recover the shares from all of the other owners<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/mobile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"attachment noopener wp-att-2791\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/latest-apps.png\" alt=\"latest-apps\" width=\"618\" height=\"85\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/latest-apps.png 618w, https:\/\/www.citylets.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/latest-apps-400x55.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Create the repair on a dedicated app and recover your money<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce you\u2019ve been in contact with a trader and the work is set to take place, you can start by creating the repair report on the app <a href=\"https:\/\/sharedrepairs.novoville.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. Once you\u2019ve received the invoice from the trader, upload it to the app for everyone to see.
