He also explains why he viewed the announcement regarding the emergency legislation from SNP and the Greens, as simply chasing \u2018easy headlines\u2019.<\/p>\n

Miles explains how the Scottish Conservatives warned the government that the legislation will destabilise the private rented sector. Lets Talk host, Gillian Semmler, asks Miles about the lack of parity in rent control between the private and social rented sector and whether he thinks landlords feel singled out<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gillian also asks Miles about the concern of the impact the legislation may have on investment for the supply of Build to Rent (BTR) and how many homes in the pipeline it could affect.<\/p>\n
