Colin chats about the main elements of property staging and how it maximises the potential of a property. Often tenants and buyers can find it difficult to visualise a property as a home and Colin explains how his services not only ensure the properties appear well in photos and videos, but why rooms of staged homes actually appear bigger<\/p>\n

One of Colin\u2019s testimonials states: \u201cColin staged a property I sold in July last year and it was of the highest value sales in Scotland in 2022\u201d. He tells Lets Talk host, Gillian Semmler, about this property and his company\u2019s contribution in it.<\/p>\n

Colin McShane Interior Styling can also undertake full or part property refurbishments, from knocking down walls or putting in new kitchens and bathrooms to full scale renovation of the entire property. Colin describes past and current projects.<\/p>\n

A previous great venture of Colin\u2019s was known as \u2018GirCo\u2019, based in Edinburgh<\/a>\u2019s Stockbridge<\/a> and when it opened its door in 2013, was billed as ‘a revolution in lifestyle interiors’. Colin explains why it was so innovative.<\/p>\n
