Winners at the prestigious Scottish Home Awards 2023 have been announced in all 19 categories, including the Residential Letting Team of the Year, sponsored by Citylets for the sixth consecutive year.<\/p>\n

The 16th<\/sup> annual independent awards programme attracted 140 entries from companies across the Scottish housing industry, and 21 businesses demonstrating excellence in their field were crowned during the celebration and dinner hosted by Des Clarke on June 22nd<\/sup> at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.<\/p>\n

Following some fierce competition for the Residential Letting Team of 2023, the highly respected judging panel decided to name not one but two companies as winners! A family business, At Home In Edinburgh<\/a> along with Aberdeen based Stonehouse Lettings<\/a> won the title in this prestigious award category which acknowledges the importance of the Scottish private rented sector. For the Marchmont agency this is the second year in a row winning the honours.<\/p>\n
