Since their recently updated company values, SHARE was awarded silver accreditation by Investors in People and Daryl says what this means to himself and the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Host, Gillian Semmler asks Daryl why he thinks the rent cap was lifted for social housing but not for the PRS. They also discuss the delay of the housing bill and whether this indicates that the Scottish Government is listening to the industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivering 110,000 affordable homes by 2032<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The podcast also covers the issue of the housing shortage crisis in Scotland. The Scottish Government has committed to delivering 110,000 affordable homes by 2032 and Daryl discusses whether this vision is feasible, and how SHARE is helping towards this.
