Kirsty discusses a previous case where such a scenario took place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incorrectly evicting a tenant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Associate Solicitor at TC Young has extensive knowledge and experience handling cases of Wrongful Termination Orders (WTO), where landlords have failed to adhere to the proper eviction procedure or have served tenants with insufficient Notice to Leave.
