For example,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertymark.co.uk\/resource\/cost-of-living-regulations-extended-in-scotland.html\">the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act<\/a>\u00a0was enacted on 28 October 2022 after receiving Royal Assent the day before.
