Average rents in Scotland at Q1 2016 have risen to an all time high of £767 per month but overall annual growth remains steady at 2.1%. Falls in Aberdeen have accelerated to minus 20.6% YOY. Conversely, Edinburgh continues its rise, up 6.6 % year on year, towards the £1000 citywide average and Glasgow also recorded gains up 4.6% to £710. Dundee's average rent rose 5.6% to average £620 per month.
