Citylets Rental Report Q2 2009 Summary 
Rents in Scotland fell at a faster rate over the second quarter as they continued to adjust downwards in the face of the high rental stocks. As with the previous quarter, 1 & 2 bed flats generally saw the biggest falls with rents in most regions lower than a year ago. Properties of all sizes took much longer to let than they did in Q2'08 although the usual seasonal student rush saw many four and five bed flats in Edinburgh snapped up in under a fortnight and for slightly higher rents than last year.
