Citylets has developed Optilet with the aim of assisting professional letting agents/landlords to set the optimal rent by applying sophisticated analysis to the most recent market data.
Agents/Landlords can now search for comparable properties by street, area or postcode and match by property type, level of furnishing, number of bedrooms and other criteria.
You can choose to have your properties displayed in either list format or on a map. The map allows you to see the relation of rents of similar properties to precise location and the list format allows you to order results such as by 'time to let'
Additionally, drawing on our analysis work, we show the average comparable rent for your query compared to other types of property in the same area. We also show how the rent compares with the city-wide and national average.
To allow for seasonal variations, especially for property where you have a long lead time, we show how the average for your query changes over time and again set against the city-wide and national average.
