The kitchen is spacious and there is ample counter space, as well as all the equipment you may need to cook for yourself during your stay. Through the kitchen window there are great views of Edinburgh Castle - perfect for watching Hogmanay fireworks.
There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed and plenty of storage, including hanging space and a chest of drawers. There is also a desk in the room, perfect for professionals working from home.
The bathroom is bright and clean and has a shower over the bath.
The local neighbourhood is predominantly residential so you will find restaurants, takeaways, cafes and convenience stores within easy walking distance. Fountain Park is a 2 minute walk away, with a cinema, gym and various restaurants, while Princess Street and the Royal Mile are walkable in 20 minutes, or a direct bus ride away.
