The flat is a really reasonable rent rate considering the standard, location and ample storage. It is a ten minute walk to Haymarket station and there are various supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk. There is on street permit parking available, a well maintained garden and park access opposite the flat. Rob has been an amazing landlord and has promptly arranged any repairs needed and kept us posted with any updates to the flat.
