OUR FAVOURITE THINGS: This is not your average let property. The owners have gone to great efforts to make this a real welcoming place for someone to call home, with more or less NEW everything! ABOUT THE AREA: Eaglesham is a beautiful village with lots to offer, with nice restaurants and tearooms. There is a wonderful community spirit, brought together by yearly Festivals, including the beer festival. It is a short drive from the Whitelee Windfarm for a nice day out. There is a lot of greenspace just a short walk away such as the Orray, The Dipper and the Fairy Trail. The bus stop providing routes 7, 90, and 190 and is only 1 minute walk away. If you have children, you’ll be pleased to know this house is in the catchment area for Eaglesham Primary, St Josephs, St Ninians and Mearns Castle HS.
