Our favourite things about the house include the lovely back garden, which takes almost no effort to maintain. The kitchen is fitted with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a fridge freezer. There is a Samsung sound system built into the bathroom so you can sing in the shower to your hearts content, and nobody can hear!
The house is on a quiet, well kept estate with a good amount of parking – a bit of a rarity in East Kilbride. Recently the local council have built a beautiful walk way - Glen Esk urban greenspace - a personal favourite walk in East Kilbride is just on your doorstep, as is Brancumhall Recreation Area for folk who like a game of football. St Leonards Square, and the Calderwood Square shops such are just a 10-minute walk away. Unlike a lot of streets in East Kilbride, there is great parking at the property too - right outside the door!
