Ceiling Height is quite low. Normally 2.1m (6 ft 10). In the kitchen it is this height too, but where there are 2x beams it is less - at 1.8m (6 ft 1). In the shower-room the height is 2.0m (6 ft 8), but reduces in the shower to 1.9m (6 ft 4). So if you are over 1.8m/ 6ft please consider this. One advantage is that it makes the flat easier to heat!
