In the spacious, bright lounge/dining room (with views to Edinburgh Castle) there's table and 4 seater dining table; coffee table, set of shelves, television stand with a 22" HD Samsung television, iPod/iPhone dock; black-out blinds for both windows, a 3-seater ikea sofa-bed.
The seperate kitchen has a fridge/washing machine and gas hob, combo-microwave oven/grill, kettle, toaster, espresso maker plus new utensils, cutlery, glassware, crockery, pots & pans, emergency medical kit etc. and a fire blanket with fire extinguisher. The gas combi-boiler in the kitchen provides hot water/heating on demand.
The bathroom has a shower rather than a bath. The large double bedroom with has a king-size bed, spacious fitted wardrobe, laundry box with sheets/bed linen/towels/etc., a chest of drawers and side table. Again 2 windows with black-out blinds.
Here's one of the best features: there is residents-only secured parking - free!
Complimentary teas, coffee, fresh bread, jam, soup and milk can be provided on arrival so you can put up your feet and relax before venturing out to soak in all that Edinburgh offers.
