You will be expected to keep the grass low, the hedge trimmed back and to tend to the plants as best as you can. The garage and the attic are not part of the let.
The bus service on nearby Dalkeith Road is only a few minutes walk away and there are buses every 5 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes during the evening. There are also night buses. A taxi from the train station is about £7.

It is a half hour walk into town and only 10 minutes on the bus. Bus numbers 14, 33, 30, 2, all service nearby Dalkeith Road and there are buses every few minutes during the day time as well as a night bus. Bus journey into Princes Street is 10 minutes off peak. A taxi fare from the High Street would be in the region of 7 pounds. This cottage is available as a short term let. A 2.5 month let til Xmas 2018 is perfectly acceptable.
