There are 4 double/twin rooms and 1 single plus a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a large, sunny lounge, dining kitchen, and two full bathrooms, one on each floor.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. There are three bus routes (location is the centre of a quiet triangle, with main buses to all key Festival locations minutes away. It is also on the Night Bus Route from the City Centre.
