Average rents in Scotland as at Q2 2016 have risen to an all time high of £777 per month with annual growth remaining at its seemingly settled rate of 2%. Declines in Aberdeen have also found their level at around minus 20% YOY however both Edinburgh and Glasgow continue their steep rise, up 6.8 % to £986 and 5.0% to £719 respectively. Property to rent in West Lothian also posted strong growth, up 6.4% on the year to average £652 per month.
