Average rents in Scotland at Q4 2015 have fallen to £747 per month, down from £757 last quarter. Annual growth is down from 2.9% to 2% and expected to fall further this year with Aberdeen in relative freefall, down 15.9% on the year. Conversely, Edinburgh continues to rise, up 5.7% year on year and Glasgow also recorded gains up 4.2% to break the £700 mark at £701 on average. Dundee's average rent rose 4.6% to average £570 and with an average time to let of 43 days is now moving faster than Aberdeen (46 days).
