Direct Lettings was formed in 2011 as a new company dedicated to pioneering changes and innovating the way in which properties are managed for the better. Born from almost 70 years experience and built on our relationship with one of Scotland longest established Chartered surveying companies, Direct Lettings (Scotland) Ltd is firmly positioned as a market leader in the areas that we are based. In Scotland we believe you are best served and protected as a landlord and tenant by guidance and regulation of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Therefore we have restructured our Residential Management business as Direct Lettings (Scotland) Ltd, and you as Landlord now have the security and protection afforded by the RICS. Because we understand that there’s nothing like local knowledge and expertise, all of our property managers live local to the area in which they work, have extensive local knowledge of the property rental market and of the nearby amenities and transport links. Whether you are looking for, a better agent to let and manage your property, a place to rent or professional advice on investment opportunities and portfolio expansion plans, we’ll make sure we understand what you need and help you find the solution. Since our creation we have built enviable relationships with local maintenance contractors that prioritise our works to keep things running as efficiently as possible. Once maintenance is reported we’re on the case to make sure there is as little inconvenience as possible and that things are put right as a matter of urgency.
